The City of Corning is excited to be offering Pickle Ball again this season at the Nasser Civic Center Rink Facility for community members age 10 and up. Our facility has 6 courts available for play during the designated "Open Play" hours. Limited paddles and balls are available for those who need them.

Open Play Hours
Below is a list of our "Open Play" hours for the start of the 2024 season. This schedule will be expanded to include additional time slots as the season progresses. 

Mondays – 9:00 am – 12:00 pm  & 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm
Tuesdays – 9:00 am – 12:00 pm & 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm
Wednesdays – 9:00 am – 12:00 pm & 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm
Thursdays – 9:00 am – 12:00 pm & 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm
Fridays – 9:00 am – 12:00 pm
Saturdays – 10:30 am – 2:30 pm
Sundays -  10:30 am – 2:30 pm

* Some "Blackout" dates and schedule changes may take place throughout the duration of the season to accommodate special activities at the Nasser Civic Center Rink Facility. Members will automatically be notified of any dates via e-mail at least 2 weeks in advance.

Pickle ball Memberships are available for purchase but are not required. Non-members will be charged the following fee for each session attended during the Pickle ball Season:
            Youth (Age 10 - 17) ........... $3.00 City of Corning Resident / $4.00 Non-Resident
            Adult (Age  18 & Up) ....... $4.00 City of Corning Resident / $5.00 Non-Resident
            Senior (Age 55 & Up) ...... $3.00 City of Corning Resident / $4.00 Non-Resident

Parking is available in the metered municipal lot 12 (Library Lot) on a first come first serve basis. The City also offers monthly parking passes for municipal lot 16 for $25.00 per month. If interested in purchasing a monthly parking pass please visit the City's Finance Department between the hours of 8:30 am - 4:00 pm. 

CORNING PICKLEBALL COURT RULES

- Membership sign-in required at the registration table for each open play session
- Courts for Pickle ball only
- Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult 
- Play at your own risk
- Wear soft soled, non-marking court shoes
- Courts are first come, first serve 
- Use rotation system when others are waiting 
- Stay in designated area when waiting to play
- Observe proper pickle ball etiquette
- No alcohol, drugs, tobacco or vaping
- No glass containers 
- No bulling, harassment, profanity, disruptive behavior, or equipment abuse
